Hard Rock Casino

The Hard Rock casino, owned and run by Rank, decided to close it's doors to business on 26th October 2006.

What they didn't do was inform any of it's customers, business associates or affiliates.

Even during the evening of 25th October, the regular Hard Rock casino page was displayed, enticing new customers.

If anyone was unfortunate enough to be caught out by this bad behaviour, then they would have been greeted by this message the following morning:

"Hardrockcasino.com is no longer available.

We will shortly be back as www.grosvenorcasinos.com where you will be able to use your existing Hard Rock account.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

No date was given for the openning of the 'new' casino site and customers were left wondering when they'd see their money.
