Once you qualify you will be allocated a ticket number for the draw which will be made at half-time during the 3 listed Premier League matches this weekend. First ticket drawn will win £1,000, second £500, third £250, 4th £150 and 5th £100. There is a draw during each of the three selected matches and you will have the same ticket in each draw. There are also five runners-up prizes of a football shirt of your choice.
