New Blackjack Gold

A new Blackjack Gold game has been released by Microgaming, the gaming software developer than powers no less than 120 of the biggest and best online casino sites in the world. The new game is called Multi-Hand Perfect Pairs European Blackjack Gold. It’s not the most concise name for an online blackjack game, but it’s certainly the most descriptive one we’ve come across.

The new game provides all the entertainment of regular European Blackjack, but adds the chance for you to win more cash with a Perfect Pairs side bet. The side bet pays out when you are dealt a pair of cards, as follows:

Perfect Pair – This is a pair of cards of the same suit and value (for example two Ace of spades cards), and the payoff is 30 to 1.

Coloured Pair – This is a pair of cards of the same colour and value (for example, Ace of spades and Ace of clubs), and it pays 15 to 1.

Mixed Pair – This is a pair of cards of the same value but different suits of opposing colours (for example, Ace of spades and Ace of diamonds), and it pays odds of 7 to 1.

As the name of the game suggests, Multi-Hand Perfect Pairs European Blackjack Gold is also a multi-hand game. You can play up to five hands at a time, and a Perfect Pairs side bet can be placed on as many or as few of your hands as you want.

The new Blackjack Gold game uses two standard decks of 52 playing cards and allows you to configure a customizable strategy table so that you can press a button and let the game Autoplay itself according to a predetermined strategy. You can bet anything from £1 to £200 on each hand, and anything from £1 to £25 on the Perfect Pairs side bet.
