Crazy Blackjack is a very exciting blackjack variation which gives you the option of placing three different side bets in addition to your main bet. The game takes place on a souped-up multi-hand blackjack table which allows you to play up to three hands at once, and as far as the core game is concerned the rules are exactly the same as in regular blackjack. The big difference in Crazy Blackjack is those side bets, which need to be placed after your main bet and before your cards are dealt. The three side bets that you can place are as follows:
Safe Bet
The Safe Bet can be placed on one, two or three hands at once. It is a bet that your first two cards in the hand will have a value of 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 with no Aces or pairs. This means, for example, that being dealt 9-7 would win, but A-6 or 8-8 would lose. If your Safe Bet is successful then it will be paid off at odds of 3 to 2.
Highest Hand Bet
You can only place a Highest Hand bet on one hand, and only if you are playing two or three hands at once. The aim here is to predict which of your hands will have the highest value, and the odds for success depend on whether you are playing two or three hands. If you are playing two hands then the Highest Hand bet pays 1 to 1, and if you are playing three hands it pays 2 to 1. These payoffs increase if your selected Highest Hand is a blackjack, and in that case the odds paid will be 2 to 1 if you play two hands or 7 to 2 if you play three hands.
777 Jackpot Bet
The 777 Jackpot Bet can be placed on one, two or three hands at one. It is a bet that the first two cards in your hand will both be 7s, and that when you hit you will be dealt a third 7 card. A winning hand of 7-7-7 will pay £1,500 for a £1 bet, and if all three 7 cards are spades the jackpot payoff soars to £30,000 for a £1 bet.
